The layers differ from role to role: some roles carry options others do not — language, accent, field of experience and more. What follows is not the whole list.
The free employee stays free inside a mixed team, and the team still activates in one click — with no card at any point before an activated free team.
When every member of one proposed team is activated. It applies per team: two of three proposed teams taken in full — both get it.
That is two months free. One annual number for the whole company.
Stacked, the difference against list reaches 25.3%.
A free member still counts as a member, so the team is still a full team and the 10% applies to the paid salaries in it.

An alert at 80%, then a graceful stop — a fallback message or a handoff to a person. Never a mid-conversation cut, and never silence.
On the first paid employee your company activates, you have 14 days to cancel and get a full refund. No reason needed, on monthly and annual alike — and inside that window the annual term does not hold you to the twelve months. It applies to employees you activate on the platform; Aram is prepared by hand after a quote and an approval, and carries its own terms and minimum period.
Monthly cancels any time and ends at the end of the billing month — no notice period, no exit fee. On ending, your data stays exportable before deletion under the privacy policy.
My work is not standard
When your work is not standard, you do not ask for an ordinary employee. You ask for Aram — and you ask it for super-hero tasks.
You fill in a short form: your company name, a way to reach you, and two lines on the work. Our team calls, gathers the requirements, and we prepare Aram for that role.
